INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE GROWTH REFERRAL TOOL
In order to quickly calculate how we can help you increase referrals, you will need to input 6 numbers in the white boxes below. Your goal is to reach our 20-6-20 formula which simply is 1. Get 20% of your database to send you referrals 2. Get each referrer to share your offer to at least 6 people 3. Convert 20% of your referrals to become customers will be your magic formula to viral referral growth.
Step 1 – Under the “Viral Lead Generation metrics” section (left side top), please input the following numbers 1. Total # of Opt-ins, Clients or Alliance Partners’ Referral Opportunities This Month 2. Average % Of Referral Opportunities Who Share/Refer Your Offer 3. Avg # of Shares/Exposure Generated For Your Offer Each Month By Refers 4. Your Avg Sales Conversion Rate of Referred Prospects Into New Customers
Step 2 – Under the “Transaction Value Per Customer” section (left side under Viral Lead Generation Metrics” , please input 1. Avg Profit Margin of All Products/Services Being Offered & Sold Over Time 2. Est. Frequency of Client Purchases Per Year
Step 3 – Once you input these numbers, this will automatically calculate results after 12 months (see right side table) and see Viral Referral Growth Chart at the bottom.
